Chef Deanna Marie D'Angelo is a personal chef who understands the impact of our everyday food choices and how it effects us locally, globally, ecologically, nutritionally and economically. 
Her determination to create a safe food supply and insure the best quality ingredients New York has to offer has led her on a journey of farms and hidden kitchens.  She is dedicated to serving her family's traditional Sicilian cuisine using only locally sourced ingredients and putting an improvisation spin to every dish.  Her kitchen is open  promoting food transparency, regardless of the event and encourages guests to be a part of the cooking experience while asking questions about where her ingredients come from and why.
